Producer / project manager required Frome-based storyteller Jane Flood and Bristol-based writer/performer Rina Vergano are developing a new darkly comedic show-in-progress - HAGS HARPIES & HARRIDANS inspired by the powerful archetype of the older woman in story, myth and fairytale is a mix of stories, songs, spoken word, rants and poetry that celebrates the role of women elders. We are two older (60+) performers who have plenty of fire under our creative cauldron for making and performing this show - we need a motivated, capable and experienced person to give us producer and project management support for SW and SE touring. Job role:
liaise with rural touring organisations and community venues,
managing our budget,
help us set up a new website,
do funding applications and
handle our marketing, social media, publicity and distribution.
The role is expected to start in June on a freelance basis. Remuneration will be dependent upon funding with a start up fee of £1500 - £2250 depending upon experience.
