If you join as a member, as a friend or a volunteer, we collect the following information: · name · email address · postal address · telephone number · which North Somerset Arts exhibitions you may have taken part in · the date and time you asked to be added to the members’ mailing list, and the IP address of the computer you used for this (these are kept as proof that we have your consent, in line with the GDPR) · payment information for processing your membership (where applicable) · your marketing information, e.g. your website address, the type of media you use for your art, relevant images and any other relevant information that will be used in brochures etc.
What we do with the information we gather

If you join as a member, we use the information you have given us to deliver the services that we have offered in our membership package. Once your membership has expired, we will no longer retain the personal information you have given us for the purpose of membership administration.
