Stephanie Gay paints colourful and arresting yet delicate images of British Landscapes, Flora and Fauna on Chinese silk. Her inspiration primarily comes from the beauty of the natural world and she enjoys experimenting with scale and context, attempting to create works that communicate energy, enthusiasm and a sense of fun to the viewer. Her latest exhibition in Bristol’s Square Club celebrated the wonderful botanical inspiration provided by the Bristol Botanic Garden.
