Arts Week 2025 Venue Information Form

Each venue needs to complete this form by 31st December with information for the brochure and website. Shared venues should nominate one artist to fill in the form and to be the main point of contact.

Artists should have already submitted their images and bios with their membership form. Any changes should be emailed to hello@northsomersetarts.org.

This person will be the main point of contact for the venue. Please add the names of any additional artists below, one in each box. Each artist must be a member of North Somerset Arts.

Opening times

Venues are strongly encouraged to keep to the standard opening times of 10am - 5pm, however we understand that certain venues may have restrictions on their opening hours, for instance churches with Sunday services.
